Tyler Katz

Tyler is a second-year Kellogg Board Fellow with SVP Chicago, supporting the organization through Northwestern Kellogg's Golub Capital Board Fellows Program. He joins with a personal tie to SVP's mission: his father was formerly a partner with SVP in Connecticut, and Tyler is eager to give back to the Chicagoland area by supporting SVP throughout the 2026-27 academic year.

Tyler is currently pursuing dual MBA and MS in Design Innovation degrees at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management in the MMM program. This past summer, he worked in product management at WHOOP, the wearable health technology company, and will return there full-time as a Product Manager after graduation. His background spans mechanical engineering, operations, strategy, and management consulting.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. Outside of school and work, he leads a charity bike team each year that fundraises for the American Cancer Society and loves Golden Retrievers.
