Rick Gray

Rick Gray is a high-performance team builder who has successfully marketed professional service business models in highly competitive industries for more than 30 years. He has extensive public/private/family-owned business, agency and nonprofit marketing, operational management, and board advisory experience. 

A past SVP Chicago board member and lead partner advising Ladies of Virtue, Rick serves as board chair of Luv City, a nonprofit that empowers at-risk youth to reshape their narratives and become the authors of their futures through work-based learning, training and apprenticeships in filmmaking, multimedia production and the performing arts. Additionally, Rick serves as an advisory board member of Gray Talent Group and CA3 Homeowners Association. He is a member of the Executives' Club of Chicago and the Private Directors Association.
