As Chief Financial Officer, Quintin oversees the financial accounting, valuations, performance reporting, and tax compliance and structuring for EGI’s direct investments. Additionally, Quintin supports portfolio companies with accounting and tax matters, including structuring, controls and reporting. 

Quintin joined EGI in April 2023 after 22 years at Adams Street Partners, where he held various finance roles including the last 10 years as CFO. Prior to Adams Street, Quintin was a senior manager in the audit practice at KPMG.

Quintin was formerly a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Investment Company Expert Panel and the AICPA PE/VC Task Force, which developed guidance for the Valuation of Portfolio Company Investments of Venture Capital and Private Equity Funds and Other Investment Companies. 

Quintin holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from the University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant, inactive.
