Jennifer Coyne

Jennifer is an experienced general counsel known for her practical judgment, business acumen and integrity. She joined project44 in the fall of 2021 and has built a global legal team to support the company’s incredible growth as a logistics visibility platform. 

Previously she served for four years as the general counsel, chief ethics and compliance officer and chief risk officer for Transdev North America, Inc. which is the largest private multi-modal transportation company in North America with 200 operating contracts in the US and Canada, 15,000 employees and more than 80 corporate subsidiaries including in fixed route bus, paratransit, streetcar, corporate coach, rail maintenance, microtransit, and autonomous vehicle operations.

Jennifer also spent 17 years at United Airlines in a variety of legal roles and responsibilities. She began her legal career at the City of Chicago. She is a graduate of the University of Iowa and received her law degree from the University of Chicago.

She has also been involved in numerous nonprofit boards, most recently serving as the co-chair of the board of the Network: Advocating Against Domestic Violence, a nonprofit umbrella organization for domestic violence organizations which also operates the City’s 24/7 domestic violence hotline.
