Enrique Carrillo

Enrique is currently the senior vice president of strategic growth for diverse manufacturing, consumer products, retail, and telecom at WNS, a $1B business process transformation. He was formerly a vice president at Grid Dynamics; an end-to-end global digital engineering solutions consultancy focused on digital commerce, AI, data, and cloud and has also held executive roles at Infosys, Genpact, Wipro, IBM, Nortel, and Johnson & Johnson. Enrique started his career at GE as a financial management program participant, eventually becoming the controller for GE Supply and GE Energy Caribbean General Electric.

With over 30 years of experience driving business growth, Enrique’s experience includes founding multiple start–up ventures, including a supply chain and IT consulting firm, and a hotel. 

Enrique holds a master’s degree in international business administration from the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University, a certificate in Latin American business from the Warrington School of Management at the University of Florida, a certificate in digital transformation from AI and IoT to Cloud, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the College of Engineering at the University of Massachusetts.

He is fluent in English and Spanish with working knowledge of Brazilian Portuguese. Enrique lives in downtown Chicago. He is active in civic organizations, including the Boy Scouts of America, and Crushers Club, where he serves as a board member.
