Debbie Siegel

Debbie is the founder and president of Debbie Siegel Consulting, LLC, a talent management consulting firm that specializes in executive coaching and leadership development. Over the course of her 30 years as a consultant, she has an impressive track record of helping executives and their teams to optimize their performance and impact. Debbie specializes in coaching high potential leaders who are transitioning to broader and more challenging roles. Additionally, she advises senior executives and business owners around developing leadership capacity in response to organizational change and growth.

Earlier in her career, Debbie worked for Stephen A. Laser Associates, a consulting firm that specializes in selection and promotional assessment for corporate and public safety clients. Debbie also worked for Vantage Leadership Consulting, a full-service strategic, talent management firm. As a senior associate she specialized in executive coaching, selection and developmental leadership assessments, high performance team solutions and succession planning. Her former and current clients include Fortune 500 organizations, the Federal Reserve System, professional service firms and nonprofit organizations.

Debbie has a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in social work from Columbia University in New York. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. In addition to being passionate about her work with her clients, Debbie loves spending time with family and friends, theater, travel and practicing yoga.
