A Chicago native and proud liberal arts graduate, Cecily found her calling in bookkeeping and office administration through a career that spans PR and marketing, architecture and construction, startups, and schools. That breadth of experience has shaped her thoughtful, people-centered approach to work, and she is delighted to join SVP’s staff in a part-time capacity in 2026. Cecily believes that treating people with dignity and kindness creates impact every day and she values the balance between customer-facing collaboration and the behind-the-scenes precision of number-crunching that keeps organizations running smoothly.

After twenty-four years in San Francisco, Cecily is thrilled to be living in Chicago again with her husband, teen daughter, and three-legged dog.
