Betsy Westhoff

Betsy Westhoff is a Chicago-based Executive and Leadership Coach with over 40 years of business experience. As the founder of Westhoff Coaching and an executive coach at Bravanti, she leverages a multi-faceted career that includes roles as an attorney and marketing executive at McDonald’s Corporation.

Following her corporate tenure, Betsy pivoted to the startup and non-profit sectors, where she developed strategic marketing plans and led development initiatives for two major Chicago organizations. 

Betsy has is a high-level certified coach and is Hogan Assessments certified. She holds a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago and a B.A. from the University of Michigan. Deeply committed to her community, she has served as Board President for Umoja Student Development Corporation, a board member of Girls on the Run and a mentor for Chicago Innovation.

Betsy is a proud mother of two adult sons and 1 year old grandson.  She lives in Chicago and Sawyer, Michigan with her husband and her mini poodle, Josie!
